Terms of Service
Last updated: December 2025
By accessing or using MusicToolsHub (“the Service”), you agree to the following terms.
Use of the Service
- The Service and its tools are provided for personal and educational use.
- You are solely responsible for how you use any outputs generated by the tools.
- You may not misuse, disrupt, attempt to reverse-engineer, or overload the Service.
- You agree not to use the Service for unlawful purposes or to infringe the rights of others.
Intellectual Property
All website content, tool designs, code, logic, layout, icons, graphics, and branding are the intellectual property of MusicToolsHub (Skytown Records / U-Nam), unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, or embed any part of the Service without written permission.
User-Uploaded Audio
Some tools on the Service allow users to upload audio files for processing (such as conversion, cutting, analysis, or future audio-to-MIDI features). MusicToolsHub does not store, save, retain, or archive any uploaded audio files. All files are processed temporarily in memory and are automatically discarded immediately after the tool completes its operation.
By uploading audio, you confirm that you own the rights to the content or have permission to use it. You are solely responsible for ensuring your uploaded material does not infringe copyright, violate licensing agreements, or breach any applicable laws.
MusicToolsHub is not responsible for the content users upload or process through the Service, nor for any copyright issues, legal disputes, data loss, or outcomes resulting from such use.
Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee accuracy, performance, reliability, or availability of the tools.
Limitation of Liability
MusicToolsHub will not be liable for any damages, data loss, lost profits, or other issues arising from use of the Service. Use the tools at your own risk.
Ads & Third-Party Services
This website uses Google AdSense and may display third-party ads. Third-party services operate under their own terms, and MusicToolsHub is not responsible for their actions, content, or policies.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service means you accept any updated version.
